Activities to implement the framework for capacity-building in developing countries under decision 2/CP.7. The Conference of the Parties (COP), by its decision 2/CP.7, invited bilateral and multilateral agencies, and other intergovernmental organizations and institutions, to inform the COP, through the secretariat, of capacity-building activities conducted to assist developing country Parties with their implementation of the framework for capacity-building. The COP, by its decision 4/CP.12, further invited Parties to submit to the secretariat, annually, information on the activities that they have undertaken pursuant to decisions 2/CP.7 and 2/CP.10.
