Views on outstanding methodological issues

Views on outstanding methodological issues related to policy approaches and positive incentives to reduce emissions from deforestation and forest degradation in developing countries. In addition to the 14 submissions contained in document FCCC/SBSTA/2008/MISC.4, one further submission has been received. In accordance with the procedure for miscellaneous documents, the submission is attached and reproduced in the language in which it was received and without formal editing
